UFFAN2006
What is the longest home run you have ever hit, and who hit it? Also, has anyone here ever hit it over the clubhouse at the Polo Grounds?
medric822
In reply to the question, how big is your yard, it is about 16X60 with a tree in the northern corner. Very tough to mow around after a days rain. Longest HR in MVP without cheats- 475, I think. Cant remember, hit too many big flies.

Snowdrake
Hmm using classic rosters it would have to be Jeff Kent a pull homerun over the bleachers in left field. It was about 385 but the thing kept going higher and higher. Longest I've ever hit was with Willie McCovey 490 ft in to McCovey Cove (Ironic isnt it?). endeavor
Anything over 460 Feet is nuts to me. I can't compete with some of you guys here, lol. 437 F was my best ever. It was Manny Ramirez' AB and I just took a big whack at the first pitch then came. Maybe a little impressive was the fact that it was a high curve ball in on the batter. Exhibition Game vs. Milwaukee with Sheets on the mound.
Alvan9
Just now I hit 493 with Big Poppi off Seattle starter H. Ramirez @ Fenway to deep right. I don't think I've seen one over 500. I may have but don't recall. I have been playing this since 2005.

Kccitystar
Giambi has done what I expect him to do in real life this season. He hit a shot out literally OUT of Yankee Stadium today in my game, MVP says 479 feet.

Damon_Slayer
I hit one about 850 with Manny Ramirez. It was literally out of Fenway Park in dead center. I'm not quite sure how, but it was awesome. Without cheating, my next longest was about 450 (several times). With Keegan Paterson I hit one about 900.
