brutushayesosu
I looked around for an answer to this in my product manuals and on the internet and couldn't find the answer to it. My question is, will connecting my x1950 pro to my HDTV via the HDTV dongle and component cables enable me to change the screen resolution and refresh rates? Right now its hooked up by dvi-vga cable and in the tv manual the max resolution for that is 1366 x 768 with a refresh rate of 60Hz. Can I, if I use the HD dongle and component cables, change it to 1920 x 1080 and 75Hz? Don't own component cables yet is why Im asking and not trying. Bobolini
I hope you didn't do this. Never exceed the refresh rate of a TV or monitor! It's a good way to ruin it. You cannot exceed the resolution of your TV so the max you can run is the max of it. Regardless if you have component cable or not.
