Help with screen corruption

I have upgraded to Vista Ultimate (64-bit) and I have a problem with MVP Baseball 2005. After installing the game, with no problems whatsoever, I followed these instructions:

http://www.mvpmods.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=27808.html

Everything installed fine and no errors like have been documented before in these very forums. Now, onto my hardware:

Intel Core 2 Duo 6300 1.86GHz

2GB DDR2-667

GeForce 7900GT

Sound Blaster Audigy

All of my hardware have 64-bit drivers. Currently running the 158.18 drivers from Nvidia for the video card.

The game starts up and begins loading on the Griffey splash screen. What occurs next is the problem. I get massive screen corruption from the beginning to the main menu (NOTE: sound is there, as it is audible and clean). At the main menu, music plays, but the corruption is still active.

I tried updating the INF file for my monitor (E196FP) and tried even changing the Hz, to no avail.

Anybody have any idea on what I should try next?

Have you ever tried MVP on a 64 bit system? Cause a ton of programs don't run on it. Try and find out about that, because I would, but I need sleep.

I have tried running it in XP compatibility mode, even Win 2000 and nothing. This even occurs on 32-bit Vista.

When I try to Print Screen it, the image I paste onto an imaging program is perfect. So I am guessing it is not a driver issue. Anybody with any ideas?
