You know, when you create a stadium there is a logo, and it has 3 options (mascot logo, MVP Basrball and EA Sports). Just take a look inside venuday/venunite.big (Create-a-Stadium files), and extract logo0.fsh, logo1.fsh, and logo2.fsh. They contain the different logos, so all you need to do is alter the images inside these files and re-import them into your stadium.
