redsox
I am importing different players from different eras in OOTP 5. The problem I have is that I have to import one player at a time as a free agent. Is there anyway I can import more than one player at a time. It would take a really long time for me if I were to import one player at a time (I would be importing roughly 750+ players). Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thank you.
medric822
I know that there are rostor sets, try asking someone at their forums, they would know more than anyone here. If your looking for a cool league, I got one that you could join, its realy cool.
RaptorQuiz
Wasn't CompManiac working on some kind of utility for this purpose?
redsox
Thanks for the info. I am assuming you are talking about Time Travel Baseball League? I would be interested in joining, but I am not at all experienced with OOTP. I just started playing around with it. I think once a get a hang of it, I would very much like to take over one of the teams.
redsox
Wasn't CompManiac working on some kind of utility for this purpose? Oh, I didn't know about that. I thought he was just trying to convert the schedules generated by OOTP 5 so that it can be used with MVP 2005.

You might be right. It might've only been schedule-related, not roster-related. But hey, Comp! How about rosters? :)
redsox
Well, I was able to figure it out. For those who maybe interested in knowing how to add multiple players to the free agent pool at one time, here it is. Basically I just added a team through league setup and once that was done, I deleted that team. All the players/coaches for that team were then released to the free agent pool. Easy as that!
