Fenway park not working?

For some reason when I try to play in Fenway park (both the dusk and the night versions), it crashes. I've tried to download different versions of the park and it still doesn't work. When I play against the Sox in other parks, it works, but instead of seeing Francona as the manager, I see some white guy with a beard and gray hair. I even downloaded a different Francona face and it still won't work. Any ideas?

Big Shmooz lite, the most recent version.

That's the one I downloaded after it stopped working. I also did a couple of others, but that is the one I have right now.

Don't know what it could be. Try putting in another models.big to start with and see if it makes any difference?

With the Dusk version it crashes at the end of the loading screen, with the night version it crashes right after the intro version where it shows the defensive alignment and stuff.

sounds like there's a cyberface problem in there too. try checking all the cyberfaces of your two teams of interest to make sure the 04 and 05 style is assigned appropriately. then check if any of those generic faces are assigned anything higher than 915. if that's okay, check to make sure they're compressed. otherwise, you may...wait, what roster are you using? have you made any changes to it?

but also, try switching back to the default stadiums too.
