pangderx Posted August 28, 2004 Share Posted August 28, 2004 Since I am about 15 years into my dynasty, A lot of current major leaguers have retired and I am starting to see a lot of computer generated names. I see the usual things the computer does, like take current MLB players names and flip flop them ( Jeff Suzuki, Ichiro Sanchez...etc). However, the names are starting to get pretty strange. D'Rays vs. Orioles....Palmeiro hits a shallow pop-up in foul territory near the seats in RF. I think it's catchable so I start to run to get it with Cruz Jr. He runs to the wall and right when his glove sticks out to catch it the guy says "It's a Homerun!"...I flip cuz that's the game winner....off of a FOUL. I was playing vs. my friend and there was a deep fly ball to straight-away center and I had my center field run and scale the wall and make the catch it but then the game froze for a sec and I threw it in and did a triple play but the players were stuck there and it said they scored.. weird.
