Box score extractor problem

Whenever i run the box score extractor, i use the shortcut key, it causes my game to freeze. I know I've had freezing problems before but ever since i reinstalled my video card's drivers it works fine. I open the box score "tab", when you have a choice between "done" and "box score", and then press the shortcut key and the game freezes this is the first time i had this problem. It usually works fine but every time i play the ninth game in my season it freezes when i run it.
