Is there a program that will let me edit the rosters during a season? I heard MVPEdit will do it, but if so, I don't know what files to import to make changes within my season. Please help! Thanks You use the MVPeditor by TyWiggins to edit players during a dynasty but you can't make any roster moves like in MVPedit (which you only use when you're not running the game and it doesn't affect started dynasties). If you want to make transactions during your dynasty, the easiest way to do it is if you go to your options in the game menu and temporaraily turn off the option CPU trades/fair trades. I don't like the CPU making any roster decisions so I can follow the real season. Also, since I've never spoken to you Totte, I can say thanks for all your hard work on the game. Sometimes the names of the modders can seem like these random names without faces. So, thanks for your contributions. So what happens when a new roster set is released? Will I be able to use it? I thought I read somewhere that there's a program with the 07 mod that will update my season even if I'm playing in the middle of it. Is that true? carpenter Posted June 9, 2007 Share Posted June 9, 2007 Tywiggins created a bunch of tools to edit things during a dinasty.Unfortunately,the main tool (which is called "MVP dat exporter") is not free from errors(you'll be able to edit rosters,but when you import them into the dinasty you'll find some pitchers have 0/0 stamina,some other are playing in right field...). I guess ty is working on it,and in the middle of that he released the above mentioned player editor and some sub-tools which work the same as the dat exporter but export only specific files,for example attributes.dat. There's a topic in which he talks about these tools,but I can't find it right now...maybe someone can post a link?
