Jim825
It's inside the file data datafile datafile.big Get the gfxpak utility and extract datafile.txt from datafile.big as follows: gfxpak -u datafile.big datafile.txt Doing this automatically uncompresses the file as well. You can now edit the file with any text editor. When done, compress it (as mentioned in my previous post). After that, move the updated datafile.txt file to your data folder. xiberger
It's a command-line program. You need to create a batch file and insert the line Jim gave you in the above post.

Jim825
is there no file I can just download to get the default settings?? You can copy the default datafile.big file from your MVP2005 CDs and you'll have the default pitching meter back.
Riddick
I did that & it didn't change it
redsox
If you have a datafile.txt in your data folder, you will have to delete that. If the game finds a datafile.txt, it uses that instead of the one inside datafile.big.
Jim825
I did that & it didn't change it Did you copy it to the data datafile folder. Also, as redsox said, if you have a separate datafile.txt file in your data folder you need to delete it.
