CPU signing

is there any way to keep the computer from signing and releasing players every week. I want to keep the rosters as real as possible and every week I import new rosters to change what the cpu did but then it changes the stamina for the players and takes them off the disabled list. i just want the computer from doing that crap its very annoying.

that really sucks. i just get really pissed when i have to release Bernie Williams from a different team every week. I would turn off the injuries but that takes away from the realism. But i guess you cant always get what you want. Thanks anyways

You don't have to save your profile everytime you save the game. Just whenever you make changes in your profile.

with every injury or big loss they optimize... it's just the crappy game engine

I haven't experienced this at all. The computer fills in for injured players with those from the minors but I have had a situation where they would go and grab someone from the FA pool with CPU initiated trades turned off.

do you care about ur minor league teams? if not, if there is a player that other teams like to snatch from FA pool in this instance Bernie Williams just take him to ur team and drop him all the way down to single A to keep him offlimits
