20 Marlins Found Dead In Tragic Plane Crash

Returning home from their series against the Washington Nationals, Plane Flight 97-03 crashed into an farm land in Belle Glade, FL. The crash was caused by a portion of the left wing breaking off due to an unexpected lightning bolt, which propelled the plane to a crash landing. 20 Marlins died, in this tragic accident. The only 5 survivors were Utility players Aaron Boone, and Alfredo Amezaga, Relief Pitcher Matt Lindstrom, Shortstop Hanley Ramirez, and Left Fielder Josh Willingham. In the MLB tragedy plan, the Marlins were able to sign all free agents needed to fill the 85 player organization minimum, at the league's expense. The signings were Alex Sanchez, Danny Graves, Javy Lopez, Edgardo Alfonzo, Bernie Williams, Tony Womack, Todd Walker, and Chad Bentz

The Marlins will also fill out the roster with their highly touted farm system. As GM Larry Beinfest stated "We Don't Rebuild, We Reload." More information on this story will follow later in the day.

Marlins go down big in first game after tragedy

The Florida Marlins lost to the Philadelphia Phillies by a score of 12-0. The entire team chemistry was down, and we struggled to get anything going. The first 3 innings flew by, as both pitchers were throwing gems, and then in the 4th, the Phillies broke it open with Ryan Howard's 3 run blast to deep left. They never looked back, as the Phillies scampered on to a 12-0 victory. The only bright side on the Marlins behaf, was Alfredo Amezaga's two singles to Center. Tomorrow before the game memorial Services will be held for all 20 players who died tragically, and the rememberance patch will be painted onto the field, as the marlins try to bounce back, and win one for their former teammates.

Sorry I don't have screens.

You have a sick mind!

Well I wanted to do something that kinda shows the minors of the Marlins building up kind of, and I wanted to get the normal MLB players out of the way, and that came to mind. If that happened in real life I would be devastated.

I actually have free time now, what a concept!

Just hours before the Marlins tribute game, for those not with us today, that Marlins made these moves.

Marlins Up For Sale?

Inside sources say that Marlins owner Jeffery Loria, and Major League Baseball, are fielding offers for a new suitor of the Florida Marlins, just a few days after tragedy struck. No word on who the possible suitors are, but we are being told that there is no intention to move the team.
