Treeroot
Just wondering if there is a datafile variable to adjust the amount of contact the opposing team makes? In my opinion there is not nearly enough swings and misses. I've been using MD's datafile and just recently(today) tried Kumala's file. Love both files just want to reduce contact a bit. Thanks in advance for any help.
Maestro23
These can help you: Snepp's Datafile.txt layout Spreadsheet: http://www.mvpmods.com/Downloads/details/id=149.html RRodKey's Datafile tutorial: http://www.mvpmods.com/Downloads/details/id=161.html Very useful for editing datafiles. mvp23
Or, you can adjust the sliders in the game.
Treeroot
MVP23, Seems in my experience that lowering the contract slider reduces scoring but has little impact on actual contact. Am I wrong? Will take a look at the links, thanks Maestro23.
kgbaseball
There's a CPU Swing Frequency slider, but it doesn't do much in my experience.
mvp23
I don`t know; I don`t use any datafile and I use default sliders. However, I think it should have some affect on the game, it just would not be logical to put it in the game and not to have any affect.
Treeroot
I had CPU Swing Frequency at -25. When I increased it to zero the CPU swings at every single thing I throw up there. I saw some slider posts where some folks have CPU Swing Frequency set to -40. Might give that a shot.
