yankeeboi14
Game 1 of 3: Arizona Diamondbacks (0-0)@Colorado Rockies (0-0) Rockies Take the Opener Left: Ianneta knocks in 2. Right: D-backs are frustrated in the dugout http://dynasties.mvpmods.com/boxscores/use...eboi14/COL1.htm Many people believed that the Rockies would lose on opening day. The "Mountain Boys" proved all of them wrong. It was a beautiful day in Colorado and we say a great game. The D-backs took the first lead of the game by Chad tracy hitting a monster 425 foot home-run. The scrappy Rockies wouldn't lay down and just lose the game. They came back and it was Chris Ianneta who gave the rockies their only 2 runs. It would be enough to win the game. Tommorow: J.Francis will be on the mound for the Rockies

yankeeboi14
Game 2 of 3: Arizona Diamondbacks (0-1) @ Colrado Rockies (1-0) Rocky Mountain Woes Left: Orlando Hudson hitting a homer in the 5th. Right: Rockies talking in the dugout The Rockies came into the game looking flat. Early pitching mistakes caused this loss. The Rockies took the lead in the bottom of the 8th inning with a homerun from Brad Hawpe. 4-3 in the top 9th the Rockies looked to have it locked up with Brian Fuentes on the mound closing. He quickly gave up a double to Eric Byrnes and it went downhill from there giving up 2 runs. The Rockies lost a heartbreaker 5-4. Tommorow R. Lopez is pitching for the Rockies. yankeeboi14
Game 3 of 3: Arizona Diamondbacks (1-1) @ Colorado Rockies (1-1) Rocks Win Series Left:Brad Hawpe making a diving stop Right:Orlando Hudson taking away a base hit. It was a nice day for the Colorado Rockies. It was also a huge RBI day for the players. Brad Hawpe had a total of 3 RBI today and it was more than enough to win the series. He also made excellent defensive plays. The D-Backs went home with a thrill by hitting 3 homeruns in a row in the 9th inning. It just wasn't enough as the rockies took the game and the series. Byung-Byung Kim is on the mound for the rockies next game.
