big shmooz
It's not EA's problem. I have SP2 installed & the game works fine. You must have something else that is incompatible with SP2 that is causing the game to not function properly. I wish I could help more than just telling you that it is not the problem with MVP. spitoon
still doesn't work i even reinstalled the program someone please help me :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: Have you tried re-installing your video card drivers? My transistion to SP2 went smoothly, but I do change vid card drivers alot (like to try beta's and such) and occasionally MVP 2004 won't start and I have to re-install video drivers. I know SP2 changes something to do with some drivers, as I have another machine here that has no sound after installing SP2.

spitoon
No, you can remove just the Service Pack if you want to....
KerryW
Go into Control Panel/Add and Remove Programs... Uninstall it from there... From my experiences, M$'s SP2 does more harm than good, especially the weak pop-up blocker they offer...As long as you have your own third-party firewall installed and keep up with the latest security updates, you should be fine. I'd uninstall SP2, but it doesn't bother me to the extent where I'd risk screwing up my programs again, which now work fine, surprisingly enough ...
