Is it possible to actually add and/or remove parts in oedit?

I started messing around with oedit and I can move parts around a stadium, but there doesn't seem to allow you to actually add your own vert points or delete them. There are options to import and export "rhino point files" I believe they're called which, nearest I can tell, are text files that list all the vert points for one part. I don't know if you can use this to add in new parts though.

Furthermore, if you're moving walls around and whatnot is there a way to change where players collide with them? I know there are a couple files in the .big file named stuff like "walls.dat" with a bunch of coordinates listed, but none of them are in any way labeled.

No - there is no way to add or remove points/parts through OEdit. There is a way to import the stadium files to ZModeler using OIFTool2007, which allows for the creation of new points, but it's fairly difficult if you're not very experienced.

wall.dat is the file you need to change to get the players to collide with updated walls.
