If you could start over with a fresh MVP 2005 install...

Hello everyone. I'll start by saying that this is an amazing site and an amazing community. I've spent the past week or so lurking and trying to learn everything I can about modding MVP 2005; the knowledge base on this site is quite impressive, and quite overwhelming for a newbie to navigate...

Now for my request:

I've read the FAQ and many posts on the support forum, done some searches, and haven't found quite I'm looking for. Basically I'm seeking advice on simply where to start.

I recently acquired MVP 2005 for PC (I've historically been a console gamer only) and am just becoming fully aware of the many many mods available to improve the game. I'm savvy enough (at least I think/hope) to muddle through installing the various mods I'm interested in with the aid of the .nfo or readme files and forum searches if necessary. What I really need some advice on though, is the order in which I should tackle these mod installs.

I am interested in installing and have downloaded a number of mods, including kg's rosters, the total installer thingy, MVPedit, MVP07, EA patch #5, the 1994 version, sound improvements, the ditty editor, stadiums, and more (unfortunately, I'm not at my home PC to reference the complete & accurate list). And I'm just not certain in what order I should start installing them and if it really matters. I assume the EA patch comes first, but beyond that I'm at a loss.

So, I'm asking for some basic advice from some seasoned vets to guide me. If you guys had a clean MVP 2005 install and were to begin installing your favorite mods again, in what order would you do it?

I'll begin the undertaking when I return home tomorrow so any advice available by then would be much appreciated. I'd also welcome any general recommendations on specific mods I haven't mentioned that you would recommend - the options seem quite plentiful and I'm sure I am overlooking some good ones.
