lautrec
Now to get back on topic Mike Tyson vs a pitbull Who you got? OK, what are the rules here? Is this a beauty contest? If so, I'm going with the pit bull. If this is just a fight, then Tyson probably has a better pounds per square inch pressure rating on his mandibles than the pit bull.....It could be close, though. Tyson mangled Holyfield's ear, when he bit him. It would be close. LOL.

Guildster
This is the only issue I have personally with your post. It is fine by me with whatever stance you have against abortion. They are your opinions and that's that. But when you say that you think animals have no rights, that's where I had to stop and disagree. I own dogs and I live on the east coast of the U.S. My dogs have the right to be cool on hot days and warm on cold days. I make sure of it. I don't keep them outside in a rainstorm or out overnight in the middle of January when the temperature gets below zero - with or without the wind chill factor. It's their RIGHT to be comfortable from the weather conditions. It's not my choice to decide if they are. It's their right also to eat daily and have water. Again, I've never gone into a day thinking "maybe I will give them food today." I just do it every day without thinking because it is what you should do. Animals are exactly like people in this way. They have the right to be comfortable and should be given the same rights and privileges you expect for yourself. I agree completely with Y4L. Animals have absolute rights. In fact, I'm beginning to believe that animals have more right to be on this Earth than we do. They don't go around trying to slaughter one another while at the same time destroy the planet. Yes, the animals deserve to be on this Earth more than we do. Once they gain cognitive thought and opposable thumbs, they'll overtake us and the dogs will be our masters! Oh, the irony! krawhitham
You are comparing abuse of dogs for personal enjoyment and profit to abortion? Do you think a woman chooses to have an abortion for her own personal enjoyment? Is it possible you are that obtuse? A fetus is an organism that grows, feeds, and is sheltered in a woman while contributing nothing to the survival of that woman Anyone know the definition of a parasite? Why to you feel you can tell a woman what she can or can not do with her own body? Last time I check you are not GOD and this is a free country Personally I'm against abortion but I do not have a GOD complex, right or wrong GOD not you will judge here when the time comes. Or maybe you have no faith in GOD?
lautrec
Sadly, I think my cat bight actually be smarter than me. He sleeps approximately 18 hours a day, has absolutely NO respnsibilities, eats at will from food freely provided to him, has access to the great outdoors at all times or may choose the comfort of a heated/air-conditioned home without cost to himself. His medical is all paid and taken care of, he has NO bills, NO worries, AND he can lick his private parts without fear of recrimination or embarrassment. I stand in total submission.
