Mapping of Advanced Controller Function?

I've almost got the game the way I like it, but there are a couple of controller quirks with my Saitek 990 gamepad. For one, I keep accidentally hitting the button to argue calls and my manager always gets thrown out.

Second, if I click down on the left analog thumbstick, it brings up the manu, as though I had pressed escape. The only way to get out of it is to use the mouse. This is particularly annoying in the middle of plays.

Problem is, I can't find the corresponding actions in the controller.cfg file. Is there a way I can disable these functions from the controller? I don't ever want to argue or use the menu with the controller. Thanks!
