I'm just holding out hope for 1 more book to sum up everyone's lives.

With no big enemy or cause, there is really no way to go about it. Just talking about where everybody wound up would be beyond boring. I think she wanted to have a 'draw your own conclusion' type ending to the series. You know all the pertinent facts but most all of the details are left out on purpose it seems. Plus she already did the whole "19 years later" angle so that basically skips out on any follow up to the stories of the main characters in their youth. If there was another book, it would most likely consist of all their kids.

~Teddy Lupin and The Dancing Herbology Professor~ doesn't sound like something I would be interested in. Nope, the story is over.

she is planning on coming out with a encyclopedia type book that explains every character ever mentioned and any other thing or animal mentioned in the book

it will contain their History, future, etc

this also caused alot of parents to think their was a misprint and return the book
