el_jefe061 Posted July 31, 2007 Share Posted July 31, 2007 Not only was Bill Walsh a great coach, he is the reason the NFL is how it is today. The West Coast offense has revolutionized football. Walsh, along with Lawrence Taylor, made Left Tackle the most important position in football. This is along with all of those coashes in that tree.
