sdoyle7798
Has anyone out there ever had to deal with EA's customer support? I am having my first dealing with them. Here’s why: I recently bought a new computer, so when I was moving it in and my old computer out, I moved all of my game cases. When I went to install 05, I could not find the case. Now, I keep the CD's in an old cd book for convenience, but I always kept the cases handy because of the CD Keys (also the make great webcam stands...lol). I can't find my MVP 05, Tiger Woods 06, and Medal of Honor cases. I'm thinking my roommate, while helping me clean up boxes and such, may have accidentally tossed them. So I emailed EA sports asking them what I can do about getting the CD key. I provided them with the license number on the disks last night (well, early this morning) and was told to expect a response in within 24 hours. Now it has only been about 14 hours now, but should I expect anything from them? Also, I want to make it clear I am NOT looking for a cd crack or anything illegal like that. Worse case scenario is a drop $50 or so for another copy on eBay. Any responses will be appreciated. And if this si the wrong forum for this, I'll move it. Thanks. EDIT: After this fiasco, I will be writing teh numbers on teh disks themselves from now on, for all my games...lol
