kgbaseball
Open up a roster, find the team with the player you want to trade. Click on the "roster" tab, find the team you want to trade him to, and drag the player over to that team.
Darkslide820
Yeah, just drag one player from one team to the next. But then remember to fix the lineups for each team, as a SS for SS trade (for example) won't be recognized automatically; you'll have to put in each new player to the lineup manually. MrDudleyDoWright
Now, lets say. I wanna make a guy and i put him in the free agents list, How would he appear in my game?
kgbaseball
Once you exported the roster, he would be right in the FA pool if you started a dynasty.

Totte
How do i do that? You click Export in MVPedit and chose your MVP2005/data/database folder.
Darkslide820
Does anyone know if there is a way to set a value for chasing lefty sliders in MVPedit? Apparently, no one is going to ever chase such a pitch.
grasshopper
The easiest way to change/trade players etc, is MVP2005 Teamchanger (exact file name). It's somewhere in the download section. It gives you a pretty basic change team option where you can take over any team and make a trade. The only drawback is in owner mode. Sometimes it sets your payroll to 199M per year, but easily avoidable. It's not my file, but I can re-upload it again if needed.
