grasshopper
I was working on a 2007 roster upgrade but just gave up. The hardest thing to do with this damn thing is player's ages. Remember back with High Heat how easy it was? So, we all have to play with ARod being 29, etc... If anyone can tell me how I can edit ages that I haven't tried, I would appreciate it. I am thinking of going back to HH2004 and putting in every player plus AAA and AA. Doesnt look as good on the vid side, but would be way more accurate on the stat side. SESbb30
do it when you update your year in dynasty mode with schedule updater. it will ask if you want to change the players ages +2 years.
grasshopper
SESbb30, thanks for that. I hadnt tried that. My problem, like all of us, is trying to keep an updated game. No matter how you do it, you get overwrites for stats for 05 and on. This game was built for a game-system, so it wont let you adjust certain stats. I loved HH because it was PC based. My buddies and I are working on building a HH 2007 season (off of HH2004), plus AAA, to build a more accurate game. Remember, HH actually reflects the numerical input. If you create a player with 100 in all categories, he will steal 100 bases and hit 90 HRs. If you create a character in MVP, the computer will smooth it out, and he will actually kind of suck. We all need to write and inundate MLB.com mailbox to bring it back to PC where it all started. Oh, and you can blame the Yankees for this too. Big Stein told them in 2003 that Playstation was the way to go.
