jkjung Posted August 7, 2007 Share Posted August 7, 2007 hi, im good at hitting for avg, but I was wondering how you guys hit home runs other than aiming up at the joystick which is not very successful even at a bp fast ball. SESbb30 Posted August 7, 2007 Share Posted August 7, 2007 yep. practice make perfect. or you could edit your datafile, or, open up your dynasty, and change the hitting attributes to have your players hit more homers than ground balls and pop ups. or a mix of both. or tweak the sliders till they are where you want them. Slav Posted August 7, 2007 Share Posted August 7, 2007 The easiest way to hit home runs is with a controller, I have Microsoft's Dual Action Controllers. And I always manage to hit three or four home runs per game on MVP difficulty. The easiest way to hit a home run is when it's close to the hitter, when the pitches are away from your player it's almost impossible to hit a home run.
