I was really liking the idea until I noticed the Dodgers signed Shelton, Clemens, and Contreras.... What the ****? :)

I really like the change of pace with the new game, Kid. I hope you keep it up. I've never played the game, but it looks extremely interesting.

Yep, the pickup of Glavine should help them out to. They were a real contendor in the NL last year, they should be really scary this year.

I'm gonna keep up with this one. As much typing as it is, its a lot of fun.

This is the first time ive seen this dynasty...Great idea using Baseball Mogul. maybe for your upcoming season you could include screenshots(if you play by play the games).

I am play by playing the games, but the only problem is, its the same batter up each time, just lefty or right. It wouldnt look right to have a screenshot of a white Robinson Cano.

In the first inning, Mike Mussina gave up a solo home run to Carl Crawford to make the score 1-0, Devil Rays. In the bottom of the inning, with runners on first and second, Mark Hendrickson allowed a single to Alex Rodriguez which scored Johnny Damon. That tied the game up at 1 a piece.

Brad Fullmer started off the second inning with a triple. He scored on a double by Aubrey Huff. Aubrey Huff then scored on a single by Jorge Cantu, making the score 3-1 after one and a half innings.

The score stayed the same the rest of the way and the suprising Tampa Bay Devil Rays of 2006 swept the New York Yankees. After the game, Joe Torre had something to say.

"It becomes frustrating when your losing games where the opponent only scores 2, 3, 4, or 5 runs. That happened to us all three games against Tampa Bay. Our offense is struggling right now. With Derek on his way back, hopefully we could turn this struggle around."

On the first pitch of the game, Carl Pavano gave up a solo home run to Milton Bradley, putting the A's on top 1-0. In the bottom half of the first, Derek Jeter popped up in his first at bat back from his minor injury.

In the second inning, Pavano worked his way out of a jam with runners on the corners. John Suomi grounded into a 4-6-1 double play. The offensive stuggles have continued for us. We haven't had a hit through the first 4 innings of the game.

Mark Ellis tripled down the left field line to start off the fifth. He scored on a sacrafice fly by catcher John Suomi scoring the A's second run of the game. Robinson Cano also had our first hit of the game in the same inning.

Alex Rodriguez has also been struggling for us. He has struck out in all three of his at bats against Esteban Loaiza. Jason Giambi hasn't been doing much better, also striking out twice. In the first 6 innings against Loaiza, he has struck out 8 Yankee batters altogether.

Once again, we lost another pitchers duel. Esteban Loaiza shut us down, allowing only 3 hits and 0 runs. Carl Pavano didn't pitch that bad either. This is a good sign to us as long as he stays healthy. He pitched 8 innings of 3 run baseball.

Through the first three innings, we stayed even against Dan Haren and his Athletics 0-0. He is looking really strong, striking out the side in the third after a lead off walk to Andy Phillips. The first run of the game came in the fourth off of a lead-off home run by Eric Chavez.

Alex Rodriguez tied up the game in the 6th inning with a line drive home run into the left field seats. That tied the game up a 1 a piece. In that same inning, Jason Giambi walked and Robinson Cano drove him in with a 2 out double. This is the kind of inning I've been waiting for for a while.

The Athletics got that run right back in the top half of the 7th. Mark Ellis hit a double and John Suomi singled up the middle, leaving runners on the corners. Milton Bradley struck out. John Stavisky then grounded out, scoring Ellis. 2-2 after the top of the 7th.

The bottom of the 7th started off with a Andy Phillips walk. Johnny Damon then layed a sacrafice bunt down to move Phillips to second. Derek Jeter than singled past the second baseman. A-Rod and Giambi then struck out, ending the inning.

Ron Villone gave up a run in the top of the 8th inning. The Yankees were down to there final two outs with Andy Phillips on third. Derek Jeter layed down a suicide squeeze, scoring Phillips. The game was tied up at 3 a piece at that time.

Mariano Rivera and Kyle Farnsworth pitched a perfect 10th and 11th inning for the Yankees. In the 12th, Milton Bradley led off with a home run against Scott Proctor. We were unable to score a run in the 12th against Kiko Calero and lost our 5th game of the season.
