I want to start a dynasty using the Astros with a roster of only Current Spanish players. I would just like to take suggestions of who should i put for each position. The catch is I would only like 6 all stars total 3 pitchers and 3 batters

I was going to make a comment about how this could be an All Star team, but I like how you're only having 6 All Stars.

C: Ramon Hernandez, Eliezar Alfonzo

1b: Albert Pujols (AS1)

2b: Robinson Cano

3b: Jose Bautista

SS: Jose Reyes (AS2)

LF: Franklin Gutierrez

CF: Alfredo Amezaga

RF: Magglio Ordonez (AS3)

IF: Julio Lugo, Marco Scutaro

OF: Angel Pagan, Endy Chavez

A nice mix of power and speed, and a solid bench.

SP: Johan Santana (AS4)

SP: Carlos Zambrano (AS5)

SP: Miguel Batista

SP: Daniel Cabrera

SP: Vicente Padilla

LRP: Carlos Silva

LRP: Tony Armas, Jr.

MRP: Santiago Casilla

MRP: Jesus Colome

MRP: Manny Corpas

SU: Juan Rincon

CL: K-Rod (AS6)

There you have it.

Haha, I just had to. :biglaff:

LOL ... actually you can make two teams perhaps just from all the hispanic players the Mets have. Half the starting team can be a Carlos or Jose Reyes. First move could be to move the team to Puerto Rico and the second move could be the resigning of Edgardo Alfonzo. But, I like the sound of K-Rod too. I like KG's idea for the players.

Anyway, best of luck with your dynasty.

I'll try to come up with one if you want. All with Mets too. I actually was in the middle of it but my darn computer froze. Ah, the pain of it all. :headache:

Personally I think there may be many Mets Dynasties but this one may be unique enough ... especially if you move to Puerto Rico, fire Randolf and lure Manny Acta away from the Nats. Although having a Dynasty full of players from other teams is unique as well.

2 Former Mets re-sign ... Alfonzo and Dotel.

*EDIT* I was also too busy reading the 755 thread. Interesting stuff.

Oh, Okay.

But, just in case ... the below is what I came up along with some twists which I PM'ed you if interested. I guess it's hard coming up with what you're looking for just from all one organization. Rotation - Martinez, Hernandez, Perez, Sosa, Jason Vargas

Im going with KG lineup because it just perfect and dont worry ill have Reyes and Chavez on my team. Also im not worrying about AAA. I like your move to PR Idea but im not really going to make this dynasty for this website because Im not the person who would really keep up with a dynasty like the best i can do is just post a Boxscore. Also is Duaner Sanchez still with the Mets and is he a was born in a Spanish Country?

OK @ KG's lineup. I like it too. OK @ AAA ... just names for guys to bring up in case if the MLB players get injured. I didn't care about Reyes or Chavez on same team. Sanchez is still on 60 Day DL and he was born in Cotui, Dominican Republic in 1979. Check it out on his NY Met's profile.

You can delete the PM I sent you. Good luck with dynasty.

You are welcome. Good night till tomorrow.

There are 25 players on each the MLB and AAA roster I named. Some of the AAA players may not be in any current MVP roster so maybe it's best to mix and match a bit.

All the other players not on either "roster" are other Latin Players the Mets have somewhere in their organization. I like the young Catcher Jose A Reyes, who is a switch hitter and OF Fernando Martinez (and Gomez) and some of the lesser known players on the MLB roster I provided ... all of which can be used as a backup AAA team in case if your MLB player gets injured for a little while.

Again, good luck and good night.

P.S. Having a horrible year, the Nationals decide to let go Manny Acta and now your dynasty can pick him up.

I have a new idea. How about if there can only be 1 player from each team? If you were to do that, here's what I would change:

C: Hernandez out, Carlos Ruiz in

C: Alfonzo out, Miguel Montero in

OF: Pagan out, Nelson Cruz in

OF: Endy Chavez out, Carlos Pena in

SP: Padilla out, Chacin in (give yourself another lefty behind Santana)

LRP: Armas out, Jonathan Sanchez in

MRP: Casilla out, Octavio Dotel in

LRP: Silva out, Joe Contreras in

SU: Juan Rincon out, Soria in

Which leaves us with:

C: Carlos Ruiz (Phi)

C: Miguel Montero (Ari)

1b: Albert Pujols (StL) (AS1)

1b: Carlos Pena (TB)

2b: Robinson Cano (NYY)

3b: Jose Bautista (Pit)

SS: Jose Reyes (NYM) (AS2)

LF: Franklin Gutierrez (Cle)

CF: Alfredo Amezaga (Fla)

RF: Magglio Ordonez (Det) (AS3)

IF: Julio Lugo (Bos)

IF: Marco Scutaro (Oak)

OF: Nelson Cruz (Tex)

SP: Johan Santana (Min) (AS4)

SP: Carlos Zambrano (ChC) (AS5)

SP: Miguel Batista (Sea)

SP: Daniel Cabrera (Bal)

SP: Gustavo Chacin (Tor)

LRP: Jose Contreras (CWS)

LRP: Jonathan Sanchez (SF)

MRP: Octavio Dotel (Atl)

MRP: Jesus Colome (Was)

MRP: Manny Corpas (Col)

SU: Joakim Soria (KC)

CL: K-Rod (LAA) (AS6)

There you have it.
