Want me to do it for you? What I'd do is transfer all the players you want into the Astros MLB and AAA teams, and then move all the Astros MLB and AAA players to other teams (basically trade 1 for 1) or to the Free Agent Pool.

First of all, they're black americans, not african americans. Second, here's a list I found for the start of the 07 season. I haven't really researched in depth, so there may be more (James Loney?) and there may be less. Doesn't look like a whole lot of starting pitching.
