swanny2315
I have used the Total Installer Thingy to install multiple player cyberfaces, but when I go to play a game, they (boof bonser, felix pie, shane victorino, etc...) still have the old cyberfaces that look like crap. anyone know why the TiT aren't working? Homer
did you make sure the cyberface numbers match the ones in your rosters? or are you playing in an existing dynasty?
MrDudleyDoWright
I would use the old installer thingy for those type of things
swanny2315
how would i do this? i am using KG's 4.1 standard rosters, and these faces dont work in exhibition mode, i have not tried with dynasty.
Homer
what you need to do is open your rosters with mvp edit. then look at the face id field to see if the numbers match.
swanny2315
this is getting frustrating. i have downloaded MVPEdit, but I dont know how to use it...the readme file does not help. are there any patient helpers out there? Heres what I did: downloaded the cyberfaces of boof bonser and bobby keilty, used the old TiT as well as the new TiT...niether of them make bonser look any differently. I then downloaded MVPEdit and attempted to use models.big-updater...but i am lost. does anyone know how to import cyberfaces?
Homer
it's pretty extensive to just sit down and walk someone through mvpedit. it's something you're just gonna have to accept that you're going to need to spend some time getting used to first. start off with this: http://www.mvpmods.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=...t=faq+list.html then start playing around with it, and fiddle with it. then ask questions as they come up. remember, to always back up everything before you mess with your game. let's start with that. swanny2315
ok, heres my first question: i was changing people's cyberfaces, and i got overzealous and did a lot of guys...i used the TiT for the files, then i used MVPEdit to assign the players the new cyberfaces, then when i go into mvp, it crashes when i try to use or edit one of these players...i must be doing something wrong consistantly, i double checked all the cyberface ID numbers. Homer
are the 04 models assigned appropriately? look at that field, if the cyberface is an 04 model, make sure that says yes. if you're not sure what 04/05 means: open up the fsh file for the cyberface with Eagraph. take a peak at the bmp inside. if you see only half a face, that's an 04 model. if you see a full face, that's an 05 model. also remember only to assign numbers 001-900. 901-15 are generic faces, so unless you're installing new generic faces, don't change your cyberfaces to these.
