Starting-up

Hey everyone,

I'm new to this. I just bought MVP 05 for the pc on Monday. When I heard about MVP mods, I was shocked! I really wish I had known about this a long time ago. I was so disappointed when MVP 06 came out for college and nothing came out from EA Sports for Major League Baseball. EA Sports is the best, hands down, in my opinion.

Anyway, my game should be here on Thursday. I'm wondering what steps I need to take to get started. I would like the most current rosters for '07, stadiums, uniforms, audio files, etc. I also plan on starting a franchise.

Sorry, I probably could have found detailed instuctions on how to get started, but I didn't want to spend too much time trying to find the information I needed. If somebody could respond and let me know so that by Thursday I'll be ready to start playing, that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I'm assuming that when I download new things, they will override any changes I've made like created players, etc. Is that right? So, by the time '08 comes around and I want the updated rosters for '08, is there a way I can keep my created players and have the updated rosters at the same time?

First you need the MVP baseball 2005 cd's. MVP 05 fully downloaded.

Then you will need to update it to MVP 07, heres the link.

After that you need patch #2 for MVP 07.

Then you will need Total Audio.

This is important, its called the TiT program (Total installer Thingy), this program installs almost every .rar file that you download. Use it for the rest of the downloads shown below.

Thanks a lot! I didn't expect an answer so fast. I feel like a little kid again at Christmas time. I can't wait for my game to get here. This is really cool. My props to everyone for the hard work in making this available.
