There's a link in that box that says "add download" click there. It will take you to the page where you can submit your download. Or you can just uplaod the bmp and alpha and tell people to use MVPedit to install. Do you know how to create a .zip or .rar archive? With the picture you used there were 2 long white stripes down it and I got rid of those. It will then create the .rar in the same directory as the files you have chosen, thats it. Also, remember when uploading screenshots with your downloads here, make sure they are in .jpeg form.
