im new here and sadly dont have my own copy of mvp baseball 2005. i have bought my own copy and it will be here some time this weekend. in the mean time i stumbled across my old copy of high heat baseball 2002 and decided i would install it and give a dynasty a try using it. im not sure if there are any roster updates or stadium updates or whatever for the game since it is more or less obsolete. so the rosters will be old and the stadiums will be old as well. but it will be fun to play a dynasty from back in the day. photoshop is not really my forte but i will do my best. i will post rosters and lineups a little later on today.

thanks for the site. it looks cool but im not sure that i want to update anything. i kind of just want to go with it as is and see what happens. but i do appreciate the info.

hh2k2 is one of my favorite games. i was thinking about it after i found this site a few days ago and after i did all i can with mvp without the game i searched through all my boxes of old computer games. and laying on the bottom right after all the monkey island series games was high heat.

Monkey Island. Ah, those were the days. Anyway, good luck, I'll be looking forward to it.

since the 2002 tigers finished with a great 55 win season and since high heat doesnt really have any free agency im going to overhaul the roster with young talent that hasnt peaked yet. (ie johan santan, aramis ramierez, kerry wood, roy hallady, etc...)

does that sound good? or is it just silly?

That's the beauty of a dynasty. Present however you want to present it. It definately sounds like a challenge, so why not?

I try to keep things as realistic as possible (rosters, and so on..) in My Dynasty, but that's just how I prefer to do it.

It still should be fun using a High Heat game. It's definately something I haven't seen on the forums before.

This sounds promising and I am looking forward to your presentations. I had very much enjoyed playing the HH series - one of the most in-depth baseball games that I had played.

The thought of filling your rosters with prospects is definitely unique but I would rather have you start with what you are given and trade players as the need arises. Looking forward to this. Take care.

sorry guys. my 'net has been down since thursday. there was a storm in this area and my 'net is all messed up. also someting happend and i am not able to load my season anymore. the game just crashes. i am not sure why but it appears that the season has crashed and ill have to start it over. i chose to do the one with the fantasy roster just for the fun of it. so i will start a new season mode from the begining and make the same trades. i had the highlight videos done from the first two games and will go ahead and share them with you just so that you can see where im going and what im doing.
