Installing concept uniforms

I downloaded hiheat32's Conceptual Uniforms and I want to install them. In his readme file he speaks of fuzzone's uniedit program. Can anyone tell me where I can find it, because the uniforms can't be installed via TiT.

sorry for the inconvenience, but right now u have to use uniedit. once kraw updates his tit so that portraits can be installed with it, i will make the unis tit compatible.

If I had to guess I would say I'm 60% done, but I have gone from 20% to 60% since yesterday

kraw u are a genius. as long as its released while im still alive, ill be happy. im not trying to rush u but its the only answer i have for the people who keep asking me for an easier way to import them.
