rom3
I am trying to install MVP Studio Final under Windows Vista. When trying to install I get the following error message: "Component 'comdlg32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid". I have followed the instructions in previous posts in regards to downloading and installing the comdlg32.ocx file and registering it. I am still getting this same error. Has anyone been able to get MVP Studio to work under Windows Vista? This is a great utility and I wanted to use it to install HiHeat32's Concept uniforms. I don't believe that I can install these uniforms with Kraws Total Installer Thingy.
hiheat32
im so glad i dont have vista, it seems like its just a pain to the people that have it. and yeah, it wont install with installer thingy without a compatible portrait file, so its a no there. if all else fails, when kraw updates tit (which i assume works on your comp), i will make the unis installable with it. thanks for taking interest in my unis and sorry for the inconvenience. rom3
Great uniforms! I like the different looks to the jerseys for each team. It looks like MVP Studio becomes unusable with Vista unless Fuzz decides to update the code. It is a shame because this was a great utility. I look forward to insalling these jerseys with Kraws TIT in the future. Thanks.
rom3
I was able to get MVP Studio to work under Vista by clicking on the .exe and selecting Properties, Compatibility tab, and selecting Windows XP (Service Pack 2). However, when I install the uniforms using MVP Studio I am able to get to the select uniform screen in MVP, but when the game loads it crashes to the desktop. It appears that there is a problem with installing the uniforms in the models.big file. I am using the Big Shmooz-Moser uniforms Models.big. Could this be causing the problem? I am placing the uniforms in the correct slot for each team by clicking on add uniform pointing to the three files and clicking on add uniform again and exporting to the game directory. I have even tried using EAGraph and BiGui to insert the uniform files into the models.big files. Any suggestions?

rom3
Just curious, those of you who have successfully installed the HiHeatConcept uniforms are you using the default models.big file or one that is part of the Ultimate Roster Plus downloads. I am using a models.big from the Ultimate Roster Plus downloads and I am having no luck. Game crashes at loading screen despite seeing the uniform on the jersey select screen appearing. I have used the MVP Studio 2006 Final utility with no luck. I have also tried using MVP Studio 2006 Final to install the files into uniform.big and models.big and then placing these files into a .RAR file and having TIT install these thinking that there may be a problem with the uniform files being compressed. No luck here either. I am interested in how others of you have gotten these to work. These are great jerseys and I would love to use them. Thanks.
