well the only thing i can think of is installing 07 with images mounted

It's a bit choppy and slow, and the stadiums still look like the original EA ones, but the cyberfaces and rosters are working well.

And this wasn't the second time, ronmexico. It was the sixth or seventh try.

didnt kraw say once that mounted images while installing would crash the game but unmounting before install will install it normally

How can you unmount before install if it rips the files from the CD, aka the image in use?

I'm not completely sure what you mean by specs, but I'm guessing you mean these:

Windows 2000

523,828 KB RAM

I also have an updated video card.

Windows 2000 is not ideal from what I know, and 512 MB of ram isn't great either...You would probably get stuttering with specs like that, even with a good video card. Try closing all your apps before playing a game of MVP, Aim and Anti-virus and Internet browsers tend to slow things down a lot.

Someone mentioned a patch earlier, and I think that would be helpful, because there are players in MVP 07 who have the wrong faces. Tom Gorzellany's head looks like Tony Womack's, for example.

WTF, this mod is WACK. I just wasted TEN WTFing HOURS.

...Some faces are messed up accidentally because the roster you're using might just have some faces accidentally assigned differently from the models.big. It will probably be fixed eventually, but if you can't wait you can always fix it yourself.

I have a mounted image and everything runs smoothly. In fact, I had my disk 2 mounted when installing the 07 mod and didn't have any problems.

I just followed the instructions in the following thread to have a digital copy of the game.

Just to clarify, I DO have the original disks (in fact 2 copies), but with this game being so rare, I just wanted to limit the wear and tear of the CDs.
