Jim825
It should be fine as long as the portrait updates are in the portrait.big file before you send it back. Your e-mail program won't strip out the updated portraits. I've done things like this many times (moving files from my home computer to my work laptop and updating them during lunchtime). I've done it using a USB flash disk (I picked up a 256K flash disk at Staples for about $40) rather than e-mail, and it's worked great. Copying the file to a CD for transfer is another option if you've got a CD burner on both computers. The one thing you may have to be concerned with when using e-mail is whether your e-mail provider puts limits on the size of file attachments. My portrait.big file is 188Mb, and even when compressed, it's about 114Mb, so it's a pretty big file. Plus, depending on your connection speed, it could take a while to send and receive e-mail messages with attachments that big. Good luck, - Jim

dennis_is_theman
can i save it on a disk and than open it up on my other comp???
Jim825
What kind of disk are you talking about? If you're talking about a floppy disk, then no way -- High density floppies hold 1.44 Meg of data. The portraits.big file is over 100 Meg, even compressed. If you are talking about a flash disk, then yes. That's how I transfererred my updated portraits.big file (the one that works with the Team Fuzz Classic Roster set) from my laptop to my home PC.
