I'm trying to install MVPedit, and I run into these problems:

C:WINDOWSSYSTEMvbjet40.dll

Unable to register the DLL/OCX: Loadlibrary failed; code 1114

A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed

and

C:WINDOWSSYSTEMvbrd2x40.dll

Unable to register the DLL/OCX: Internal error: REGDLL failed with exit code 0xFFFFFFFF
