RaysFTW
This guy, MILKMANANT, was selling stuff here. I told him I'd pay 35$ for the 4 games he offered, and he said he'd send the games when he got the money. He got the money Friday, and he still hasn't sent the games. He says he bought an envelope and shipping will cost him 5$ for 3 pounds. Though, the games weigh a total 1.20 pounds. He says to give me the 5$ or refund and I say I want the games because I do. So what should I do? I don't want to pay him for shipping because it's his responsibility for shipping the material and he never asked before I bought the goods. So any suggestions would help. apridham
Thing is. He is the seller, and unless you signed a contract with him, he has the right to ask for the $5, IMO. But, he should have asked for the $5 in the beginning. I guess it all depends on how bad you want the 4 games. If it is worth 40 bucks to you for 4 games, then I would do it. If it is not, ask for a refund.
