AlexTony
Just a check in to see what is/has been developing here
HardcoreLegend
I should have never stopped working on it. Now I have to remotivate myself, remember all the parts that need to be turned on in OEdit and then remember what to do down the LF line.
rolie
good luck man, Looking good so far! I forget stuff easily I gotta write everything down.
HardcoreLegend
I worked on it alittle bit. I figured the easiest thing I could do is remove the crowd (which I was going to make that the last thing I did). So, I did that, worked on the leftfield porch alittle bit and then fired up my 1967 Dynasty. Curt Flood, who struggles in my dynasty hit a BOMB at Shea that made me really appreciate removing the fans in LF! A Parking Lot Shot!
philliesphan18
Are you planning to do a day version for this? I love the nite one!
HardcoreLegend
No, not really planning on a day version. Once I finish this, I can send it to someone to do a day version if they really want. But I don't feel like going through all the lighting changes. HardcoreLegend
I restored the roof with it's original facade:

HardcoreLegend
FINALLY! What I thought was going to be the hardest part...was. But that's ok because it was worth it and adds more realism than any of the other stuff I've done. Baseline fencing added:
tebjr
Great work HC. Could there be an update to Busch in the future?
HardcoreLegend
Great work HC. Could there be an update to Busch in the future? Busch is a mess and some of the stuff I've tried with Shea, I'm going to want to try on Busch. Maybe some day. Goal now is to get Shea finished before the end of November.
meteamo
The stadium looks very nice. Great work.

HardcoreLegend
Sounds good. About how long did Shea have this look, HC? I know they didn't add the Apple or the LF outfield stands until the 80s (I believe). So, this will look fairly accurate from 1964-1978.
NYM
HCL, a little off topic, but when I try to open my mstadium.o file in Oedit, it says it's not an understood O file. How do I fix this? BTW: I will be downloading and playing in this stadium.
HardcoreLegend
More than likely, you didn't decompress the .ord and .orl files.
MHasegawa
I can't wait to add this to my 1964 game. Any news on its release here?
HardcoreLegend
No news. Not working on it. Working on audio conversion.
HardcoreLegend
Got news. Both baselines done (may add dirt to base of wall on both). If I ever get photos of the backstop from the 1969 World Series, may work on it some more.
darthfreeze
Can you please release an alpha version of Shea and Busch. It would be great for anyone playing the 1967 mod. Thanks for all your work
HardcoreLegend
No, I won't release alphas. Alot of bad things can happen (people taking half finished stadiums and trying to mod them into a mess), etc. I have been working on the backstop. It's almost done. All I need is to seperate some vertices down the baselines to create the fencing ontop of the wall behind homeplate.
philliesphan18
Wow, nice HL. You work fast man!
meteamo
Wonderful job so far. I like how the dirt and grass looks ... much better than what I have. BTW ... what graphics card are you using (or how good is it)? I have a feeling what you see me may be very much better than what I see. LOL
HardcoreLegend
I have a Sony Vaio PCV-RZ 34G with 1.5 GB of RAM, so whatever comes with that.
HardcoreLegend
The backstop is done except for this problem: Why is the graphic disappearing? Is the alpha blend file that makes up the netting causing this part of removable.ord and .orl to disappear?
