Ok,

I am playing my dynasty as the Braves. The MLB club is 3 games under .500 and the minors are around the same. I do play all games. What is the best way to improve my manager rating? I know winning against rivals is key. But some players like Scott Thorman is really unhappy with his playing time....He is pencilled in as DH for AL games, and subs for Tex when he is in need of a rest. But how or why would I give him more playing time than that when I have a MVP 1st basemen? I just want to have a happy team with a good managerial rating...Thanks.

my best suggestion would be to mix it up, a lot of times if you go on a streak, you rating will increase. sometimes your players also want to resign and it will make them happy. Making the chemistry of your ball club higher will help you win. Those are just some ideas.

My suggestion would be to stop trusting your veterans when you have rookies on your team that are far more talented than your circle of trustâ„¢

oh crap I'm sorry dude, I thought you were Joe Torre...XD

Actually, what you can do i move players around, trade players who complain for better players

Get Better, or inject all your players with roids  Just Kidding. Well, i would stick it out, see what happens.

Also, make sure that all your players have contracts appropriate to their playing time. For example, if Scott Thorman has an MLB everyday contact, he'll be annoyed if he's only playing in A.L. lineups and as backup for Mark Teixeira, so try re-signing him to an MLB Backup or situational contract.
