fizzjob
It's already available for download, you just have to shell out $34.99, and it's worth every penny. http://www.mlbstyleguides.com/refguide.html I have the first edition on CD, and it's been indispensable in making uniforms. He also sells hand-drawn typefaces of a lot of old-style numbers - it's where I got that 70's White Sox font that I've used. The complete set is pretty pricey ($175), but he sells the fonts individually for $20 a pop, too.
Homer
are the fonts actual font files or just pictures?
fizzjob
are the fonts actual font files or just pictures? If you buy the fonts individually (or as part of the expensive package) from the guy, they com as PDF and EPS files, so you could open those with Illustrator and make TTF files out of 'em. I did that with the late-70's White Sox font when I made those 1978 throwbacks. The basic Style Guide is just a big PDF with pictures, so you'd have to manually trace those.
