Mvp Studio 2006 question

I just recently got the game so I'm still trying to get the hang of modding. But I'm trying check out a couple of jerseys I made to see how they came out in the game. I downloaded and installed Mvp studio 2006, with no problems, followed the directions, for adding and/or replacing uniforms without any problems.

When go to check it out in the game to see how the jersey came out(in my case a Pitt. Pirates jersey) the BMP portrait comes out fine but, in the game is just their regular alternate jersey, not the one I created and installed. Does anybody know how to fix this.
