Yes you can. Just have a backup of the original game and every time a new conversion mod comes out, just copy that folder and install the mod on top of that. There are actually plenty of tutorials on how to do the exact same thing. You may want to do a search for them.

Also, if I am not mistaken, Kraw had some step-by-step instructions to do th needful. But I am not sure if I found it on here or over at eamods.

Yes, but you can still have multiple installs of the game.

Do the following:

- If you current folder in c:program filesea sports is called MVP Baseball 2005, rename it to MVP Baseball 2007

- Copy your whole MVP 07 folder (under c:program filesea sports AND the one in your my documents folder)

- Now delete the 07 folder from c:program filesea sports

- Put your original CDs in and install the game

- Once installed, you should have a folder called MVP Baseball 2005 in c:program filesea sports

- Now, just copy your MVP 07 folder back into c:program filesea sports

- You should now have two installs - MVP Baseball 2007 and MVP Baseball 2005

- If you had renamed your folder in the beginning, then you would need to update the shortcut on your desktop

- Right click on the MVP 07 shortcut and goto the "shortcut" tab

- Click on the Target cell and change the MVP Baseball 2005 file name to what you had changed in step 1

- Check to make sure the 07 mod is running perfectly

The last step would be to copy your MVP Baseball 2005 folder under c:program filesea sports and save it someplace. So whenever you want to install a new mod, you can just copy that folder and install the mod on top of that. Hope this helps. If someone finds something wrong with the steps I have mentioned, please let him know.
