what are some guys on your AAA roster that can fit this role?

nobody, i have a AA third baseman playing first since my AAA first baseman is injured, and even he's not good enough. But i think i can last 25 days without Cabrera, but i do miss him on offense. He was seconded in the league in batting avg. and home runs .388 & 11 Hr's.

Heres my new plan for presentation

im only going to post 1 picture (a smaller one) and give a game recap, about a paragraph long. ill post the BSE and the WP and LP and a SV if necessary. ill only post a ESPNNEW if its a big game, an exciting game, or a recored/milestone game. i will also post it when theres a news story. And you'll see some more Pardon The Interruption screens too.

Cordero Blows Webb's 8th Win, Rangers Lose

WP: A. Rhodes LP: C. Cordero SV: J.J. Putz

Rangers-5 Yankees-6

BOX SCORE

Ethier drives in the first run of the ball game.

Wow, these new sliders are tough. We went up 1 in the first inning, thanks to an Ethier single to drive in Cano. We worked the count well in this game, able to get three walks out of the wild Daniel Cabrera. Hanley got two of those, his plate discipline has gotten much better, people just don't wanna pitch to him. In the third Hanley walked, and Cano hit a triple on an error by Franklin Gutierrez. We were up 2. Then Webb got shaky, giving up a homer to Matsui, and Overbay. In the fifth we worked the small ball, with a Coon single and stolen base, we were in scoring position with no outs. Hanley walked, then Cano singled a run followed by Youk. 4-3 R's. In the sixth Span got a double followed by a Suzuki RBI single (he's been on fire BTW) now were up 5-3. 7th i bring in Cordero, he immediately hits a batter, afterwards two singles, 5-4. Next inning, Cordero still in, Bobby Crosby slams the first pitch. 5-5 Webb's win is ruined, Time for Papelbon. Altough he didn't pitch bad, the Yanks were able to eek out a run on a single and a double,Toby Hall barely making it home. 5-6. J.J. Putz comes in for the Yanks, 1-2-3 game over Rangers lose.

like that pc...very nice...*laughs mischievously*

it's FUNNY how you would take your time laying out the presentation (or so it seems...) yet you can't spare 30 sec to tweak the cpu's lineup??? -__-...that's very irritating...*twitch twitch*

Roster Moves:

M. Cabrera moved to 15-Day DL.

R. Cosby called up to MLB.

---------------------------------------

And in a couple of days we have intrrleague games with the Astros. So where do you think i should move Hanley from DH?

Bohn makes the catch at the wall.

Ok, im officially changing the sliders back to pro. That 7 game win streak was just luck not because of the sliders, so im going back to pro. Jaun Pierre will be ready for our next game. He will take Bohns place and Coon will be put at right field, Pierre will return to bat lead-off and Coon will bat 7th. As for this game, it was horrible, Hanley managed to get 3 hits and two stolen bases but it wasn't enough. Coon also got a stolen base. Josh Fogg pitched 6.2 but couldn't muster up the win. Times are getting desperate in Arlington, we really miss Cabrera, we have waaaaay to many rookies playing the field.

Rangers Looking For AAA 1st Baseman

aaaaaate2.jpg

With the Rangers AAA teams bench only consisting of one player, and an overstaffed pitching rotation, and a injured first baseman. The Rangers look to trade a few pitchers for a AA first baseman, to take the spot from Luis Maza, a former third baseman

Rangers Finally Win; Pierre Disappointing

Texas Rangers-6 New York Yankees-4

W: Felix Hernandez (4-5) L: Mark Redman (1-1) S: Jonathan Papelbon (8)

BOX SCORE

gm42cp9.jpg

Pierre starts off his disappointing day with a strikeout, he went 0-5

So we finally got a win, our pitching was o.k. with King Felix getting the win, and Papelbon the save. But it was our offense that finally broke out. Hanley Ramirez is still destroying left-handed pitching, first killing Mark Redman, then Aurthur Rhodes, he had another multi-triple game with two, and a stolen base. Hanley is defiantly on pace to join the 20-20-20-20 club. We also broke out of our home run drought, with Robinson Canos 10th homer of the year, and Denard Span's shot into Yankee Stadium's upper deck. Bradley Coon also had a stolen base, and Span was caught stealing. as for pitching, Rafael Bentancourt made a good mop-up performance to lead into Papelbon's 8th save, in which he was lights out in his 1.1 IP.
