Wow, everyone hit in this game just look at this stat line

3B: Kevin Youkilis 2 (2);

HR: Yorvit Torrealba (1); Troy Tulowitzki (3);

RBI: Kevin Youkilis 3 (22); Robinson Cano 2 (43); Andre Ethier 3 (20); Yorvit Torrealba 2 (2); Troy Tulowitzki 2 (14);

BASERUNNING

SB: Hanley Ramirez 2 (8); Andre Ethier (1); Bradley Coon (8);

amazing, 2 TRIPLES FOR YOUK gotta love that huge center field!

Ethier went 4-4, Torrealba actually had a home run. Hanley played well in left, he has a cannon but could'nt hit water if he jumped in the ocean.

Tulowitzki bunts for a hit.

Player Of The Game: Hanley Ramirez

--------------------------AB-----R-----H----RBI-----BB----SO------AVG

Hanley Ramirez LF 4 1 2 0 0 0 .364

He keeps getting better and better, becoming the new Miguel Cabrera for this team, Hanleys been playing great at left field and he might get the job for the rest of the year. Robinson Cano had another home run, his 11th of the year. Pierre has still not fully recovered from his injury, as he was caught stealing. Lincecum gets the win, and is now an impressive 4-1

----------------------------IP-----H------R-----ER----BB---SO-----PC-----ERA

Tim Lincecum (W, 4-1) 5.0 8 4 3 1 2 57 4.19

Papelbon got the save and its looking like hes going to be the closer for the rest of the year.

Rangers Can' Complete Sweep

Tulowitzki makes a gold glove catch.

Bradley Coon played well driving in the only 2 runs of the game for the Rangers.

But the real story here is Josh Fogg going 0-4, this is unacceptable,

and Fogg is getting close to becoming a player on the trading block.

2 hit batters! HB: Josh Fogg (2); and a walk, what the heck Josh?

Yea Hedrick was 4-0 with a 1.57 ERA so heres his chance, as for the trade, i need to go as young as possible. I mean i have Terance Long and Miguel Cairo for cryin out loud.

lol - nice.

It's true - I always try to go "young" when I run a dynasty as well... but sometimes it's hard to resist if you can pull in some older "proven talent" if you can finagle a short-term contract.

In real life - that's becoming increasingly difficult... but, thankfully, in MVPworld we can still attempt singing SANE contracts. :)

Dukes Makes Big Return; Webb Gets 8th Win

Rangers-4 Angels-1

W: Brandon Webb (8-0) L: Jeremy Bonderman (5-2) S: Jonathan Papelbon (10)

BOX SCORE

gm45ww0.jpg

The fans at Arlington take pictures of Webb's fantastic performance

Well Elijah Dukes came back and in his first at-bat he hit a 2-RBI single to give us the early lead.

Dukes would end up 1-3 with 2 RBI's. Bradley Coon had another stolen base

his ninth of the year, Juan Pierre ad Hanley Ramirez both had triples.

But it was the pitching that was the highlight, with Brandon Webb going 7.1 IP with 4 strikeouts.

More surprising was Ron Washington's decision to bring in a young right-hander named Greg Aquino

who pitched 1 solid inning then got shaky, so Papelbon came in to get yet another save.

Cano Gets Clutch, With A Pinch Hit 2-RBI Single In 8th

Rangers-8 Angels-7

W: Chad Cordero (2-2) L: Justin Duchscherer (0-2) S: Jonathan Papelbon (11)

BOX SCORE

Tell me if its a realistic pitch count.

gm47tm1.jpg

The Result Of Bradley Coon's Laser Rocket Arm

A big come from behind victory for us.

Cano came in pinch hitting for Evan Longoria in the 8th,

we were down one run, the score was 7-6 Angels,

with men on 2nd and 3rd when Cano hits a nice 2-run single to give us the lead and the win.

I finally got realistic sliders after tweaking them for days,

and im actually walking people.

Grady Sizemore really F'ed me in the A with a 3-run homer.

BOX SCORE

Lastings Milledge throws a fire ball

This was a good game for the Rangers,

although Hanley Ramirez lost his hitting streak by going 0 for 4.

The rest of the team had a good day.

Robinson Cano hit another home run (he's leading the league in RBI's)

and Elijah Duke got yet another RBI.

Rafael Bentancourt got his 5th win in relief he's now 5-0,

and he just might take Josh Fogg's place in the rotation,

Cole Hamels pitched well and was able to stop Grady Sizemore.

Papelbon got another save his 3rd in as many days.
