I'm pre-ordering online for GTA IV right now through Best Buy with in store pickup. So I won't have to wait in line to do anything, just go there whenever I feel like it and pick it up Tues!

Ahh, so you torrented it and you are buying it to make you feel like it wasn't illegal. Well at least you are buying a legit copy.

...or his Pic is Photoshopped, and he doesn't have a copy at all...

Ok...back on topic.

With the impending release of GTA IV I'll have to join the rest of you and get a next-gen console , however I have been concerned about "Red Rings" on the 360. If exclusive content weren't going to 360 I was considering purchasing the PS3 just because it wouldn't overheat. Anyways , here are several of the 360's offered off Newegg. Which one of the following is least likely to overheat or have the dreaded RR error?

Xbox 360 Deluxe

Xbox 360 Platinum

Xbox 360 Arcade

Xbox 360 Elite

Edit : Anyone got Mario Kart Wii? Didn't know about this game until yesterday.

just get the regular with 20 Gb HDD from Best Buy w/ GTA4. You get a $50 gift card if you do that. Then use that later to get COD4 Game of the Year version or a year membership to Xbox Live. Keep in mind though, you get 1-month free of gold Live when you 1st get the Xbox and GTA4 comes with a 1-month free card. So COD4 would be the better idea.

Or Circuit City is running this don't know if you get the $10 gift card for getting GTA4.

G4 will be airing a live playing of GTA4 at 12 Et/9am PT today. Here in 40 mins in the east.

How does their pre-order thing work? Like, where in the store do you go to pick your game up at? Just wondering because I have $45 in Rewards Zone cards, and I'd rather do that and get my money back from Gamestop.
