TheTweeds
With the 2008 Schedules released I was hoping to make a contribution the site and create the 2008 Schedule for the game. My question is though how people have done it in the past using what software? If someone can let me know how to do it I can have the new schedule done hopefully by New Years. redsox
I know of a way to edit the schedule, but not sure if that's how Hory has done it in the past. - Use EAGraph to open up schedule.big and extract mlb162_1.dat (click yes when it asks you if you want to decompress the file). - Right click on it open the .dat file using excel. Inside the file you will notice the following - Date, Time, Home, Road, Half. Make your changes in here and you are done. - Use EAGraph to import the file back into schedule.big and use BigGUI to compress the file.

BigPaPa
its alot of work itll take some time since you have to 162 games for 30 teams but it would be awesome
redsox
I would guess that Hory is working on it as well. I suggest that you check with him first so that the both of you don't overlap and implement the same mod; considering that its going to take some time to do. TheTweeds
Ok fantastic figured let guys like Hory take a break once in awhile. Just and FYI there has been great debate that the last three games of the Yankees schedule against the socks will be at home since it will be the last year of the old yankee stadium
Hory
The Yankees ended up losing that debate I guess http://www.mlb.com/schedule/index.jsp?c_id=nyy&m=9&y=2008 I had been working on the 08 schedule for a while, I was just waiting for the Nationals and the Yankees to confirm their schedules, which they finally did this week.
