It's just too bad that the big media outlets decided to overrate Jimmy Rollins and Howard last year (Pujols should've won it). I do have a very healthy mancrush on Chase Utley though. For example, there are great templates for uniforms that you can start off with. There are couple of cyberface tutorials that you can use to create faces. There are also portrait tutorials that can look into to create portraits. A simple search will surely provide you with all this information and a whole lot more.
