IceDrake523
I just got my MVP 05 in the mail today, installed it. Then I downloaded the 07 mod, installed it. I then ran the game. The screen popped up and it started to load a bit and then this message popped up: I sent the error report. I tried this 2 more times and the same thing happened. Can anyone help me? BigRog
its possible your game can't handle the mods (stadiums, cyberfaces, etc)
Hory
If the game doesn't start up it's an installation issue rather than the PC not being up to spec. Try this version of MVP 07 http://eamods.com/Downloads/details/id=312.html It includes the original MVP07 mod plus everything released until September, It is a bigger download, but the shorter and easier install will give less chance of installation problems. That sounds like a firewall issue, when you 1st run the game if the loading bar goes across the screen more than half and and then the game crashes the firewall is blocking MVP2005.exe from acting like a server

Yep, and the 07 mod changes the EXE so the firewall needs to be told the NEW EXE has permission. I'm not saying this is the problem I'm just saying it could be

IceDrake523
I installed the reboot mod. I opened MVP 05 and the message popped up again during the load screen.
Hory
Uninstall the whole game. Then Re-install it. Check that the game works, then install the reboot MVP 07 mod.

Darkslide820
I'm using a brand spankin' new computer for MVP and it runs deliciously. On my old PC, players' eyes looked bloodshot and the game ran choppy, but now the faces look professionally done and the game runs smooth. Only "problem" I have a widescreen monitor, so everything's stretched just a little bit.

I didn't lose sleep and spend $87 just for it to sit on my shelf. I got this computer 5 years ago for Christmas. I'm using a brand spankin' new computer for MVP and it runs deliciously. I don't really mind it though. I'm mostly going to sim or manage games.

Once the widescreen gets to about 24" you don't really notice that its stretched!
