I squirt some on the cd, spread it circling the toothpaste, let it sit for 5 minutes, wash it off under a sink and with your hand. Then dry/ clean off the cd with a soft cloth/shirt. It's worked for me for the past 3 games I've tried it on. I saw this on youtube.
